Donations And Other Help

We are an educational charity that is almost totally dependent on voluntary assistance to continue and who always welcome donations in cash or in kind.

Materials for use on the railway are particularly welcome. Even humble items such as old cotton rags for engine and carriage cleaning can yield us considerable savings if they are left at the railway. Contact us If you feel you have other materials that you could donate.

We would of course very much welcome a financial donation from you. Under the Government's "Getting Britain Giving" it becomes easier for donor to give to charities under the new gift aid arrangements. Tax can be reclaimed by a charity such as ourselves on any amount given. All you have to do is to complete a simple statement confirming that your donation comes from taxable income. This declaration can apply for a single gift or for all future donations to the charity.

We would therefore welcome any gift that you may care to give to the railway that enables us to benefit under this Scheme. For every £1 you give we can recover an extra 28p. We would invite you to complete the form below and send it together with your donation to:
