Whenever you contact us either by telephone or email it's certain that your request will be dealt with by the Customer Service Team. Lin is one of the two ladies who staff the administration office seven days per week and perform the huge task of dealing with all enquiries and arrangements for YOUR day out.

Fiercely proud of her Tenterden roots, which span many generations, Lin finds every opportunity to promote ‘her' railway. Even on her days off, she can be seen waving to passengers from her home, situated just a few yards from the line. Lin's been here over three years now and is a mine of information.
