Meet The Staff / Customer Services

Whenever you contact us either by telephone or email it's certain that your request will be dealt with by the Customer Service Team. Yvonne is one of the two ladies who staff the administration office seven days per week and perform the huge task of dealing with all enquiries and arrangements for YOUR day out.

Yvonne works part time, usually at the start of the week. She's a whizz with figures having joined the company initially in the accounts department, where she still covers for holiday and other commitments.
